From How to Have a Happy Life by Cindy Brown

Engage in life as it is – not how you think it should be. Observe the way the universe works and thrive in the chaos.
Enjoy life – take nothing for granted.  There are no guarantees how long you will be here.
You have the right to decide what is healthy for you in a relationship – but not to judge who the other person is or what is right for them.
Try to make decisions thoughtfully. Try not to second guess yourself or look back with regret. Know you did the best you could at the time.
When someone expresses their needs – respect them. Don’t question someone else’s needs – you will cause them to question their own judgement.

Let go of old hurts to make room for new joy.
